EuCanImage was represented at the European Congress of Radiology 2022 (ECR), which is the annual meeting organised by the European Society of Radiology (ESR). The ECR is the leading event in radiology in Europe, the second-largest radiological meeting in the world, and one of the largest medical meetings in Europe. Its attendees span all areas of the radiology arena including radiologists, radiographers, physicists, computer scientists and industry representatives.
Project coordinator Karim Lekadir presented his work, including EuCanImage and FUTURE-AI as part of a presentation titled “Building and validating artificial intelligence workflows in cancer imaging” in a session jointly organised by the ESR and EIBIR on big data and artificial intelligence in cancer imaging.
The presentation is available free of charge on the ESR’s “Connect” platform: https://connect.myesr.org/course/big-data-and-artificial-intelligence-in-cancer-imaging/.
